When was the last time you experienced pure joy? What caused it, and how did it impact your heart and mind?
How do you typically respond to good news? Are you more likely to celebrate, reflect quietly, or respond with caution? Why do you think that is?

Elizabeth calls Mary “blessed” and points to her belief in God’s promises. How does recognizing God’s blessings increase our own joy?
Reflect on Psalm 16:11, which says, “In your presence there is fullness of joy.” How can you live more aware of God’s presence to experience this fullness of joy?
Joy is listed as a fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22. What steps can you take to invite more of the Spirit’s influence in your life, especially during this Christmas season?
